This is God’s ordained arrangement, one man, and one woman, together to make a family with children who are created in the image of God to be image bearers of God for His glory. Not this abomination which is a perversion of God’s will and blasphemous.

This isn’t related to your post. It’s just that you have a great review of a beautiful NASB here, and you use the translation so I thought you might know. I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.
When they put an “f” in the cross reference, what does that mean? For example, in Mark 11:22 there is a reference to Matt 17:20; 21:21f. What significance is the f after the verse number?
NASB happens to be my favorite as well, mostly because of the Lockman Foundation’s philosophy of being as literally accurate as possible. I use an Open Bible NASB and a parallel NASB-Amplified Bible.

Love thy neighbor does not mean to lie to them, and let them travel the road to hell unimpeded. Love they neighbor means to get in front of them, and try to warn them any way I can, that they are headed to hell. God’s love is perfect, but it isn’t His only attribute. He is holy, righteous, wrathful, and just. These are just a few. God can forgive same sex attraction, but how will a person know to ask Him, if all of you pro-perversion people won’t tell them they are in sin? Nope, they’ll just go on about their lives thinking everything is fine, and God loves them they way the are, and doesn’t care about sin at all. That is a lie straight from hell. God commands every man to repent. I am completely confident in His ability to cause repentance in a gay person, and I am just as confident of His ability to justify them. He has told us how He does this. The means that He has ordained is the gospel. If a person won’t repent of their sin, but says they love Christ, they are a liar. If you say you love Christ, and you know that He has paid for your sins on the cross, by having the wrath of God poured out on Him, and then you looking at Christ on the cross in His excruciation, and then turn to commit an act of perversion to satisfy your own fleshly lusts, you are saying, “I love myself more than you Jesus. Thanks for taking my beatings and all…” That is not a good thing to do, or a good attitude to have towards Christ’s sacrifice. Yes, we are all hypocrites. Yes, we all have sin that we commit after becoming a Christian. The difference is what we do with it. If I sin, and know it, then I can come to Christ in repentance, and fight against the sin the rest of my life, and believe me, I am fighting against sins every day in my life, but for some reason people don’t want to acknowledge homosexuality as sin. For some reason they want us to accept it, and call the abomination of homosexuality good. They wan’t us to celebrate it. Well the word of God is very clear. Homosexuality is called an abomination, sexual immorality, perversion, and unnatural. This is all through the word of God, not just the Old Testament, which most people are ignorant about. Lying is also called an abomination, and God says that all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire. Have you ever told a lie? Without repentance of sin, and faith in Christ to justify us, we would never know God’s grace and mercy personally. If you truly love gay people you will do as God says, and tell them the truth in love, which is, “You are in sin. If you don’t repent, and stay in your sins, God will judge you by His law, because He is a just, and holy God, He must punish lawbreakers, and you will go before Him with no defense. You will be guilty, and sent to hell for all eternity, where each moment is worse than the one before it. You will have His wrath poured out on you for eternity. I don’t want to see that happen to you. Please turn from your sins, all of them, and ask God to forgive you based on what Jesus accomplished on the cross. If you will do that Christ will forgive you. He will impute His righteousness to you, and you can go to be with Him when you die, and experience true grace and mercy. How will they know to repent, if we lie to them? Which is more kind, to tell them the difficult truth, and let it be between them and God, or to lie to them knowing that you had they gospel, and instead you lied to them, and because of that, they are still headed for hell?

The problem here, Bob, is it doesn’t much sound like ‘love’. More like the sour stink of curdled self-righteousness and bigotry. More like the father who teaches his son respect by battering him close to death. The guiding hand of a chainsaw in the hand of a bigot. You are just so certain, anyone might be mistaken for thinking you think you ARE God. But you’re just Bob!

Your comment was soooo loving….(sarcasm) What we have here kids is a person accusing me of the things they are guilty of. The Bible is clear. None are without sin. You are a sinner. I am a sinner. Homosexuality is a sin. Love does not condone sins. It calls them out, so a person can repent. I am not God. You are not God. We don’t get to decide how we want to be Christian. God has told us how the people of the Faith are to be in His word. A loving parent doesn’t smile while their child shoots heroin in their veins. A loving parent tries to stop them. Eternity is a long time to be wrong. Loving doesn’t mean accepting all things without discernment. I wouldn’t accept a false teacher in the Church. I wouldn’t accept a Church treasurer who embezzles money. I wouldn’t accept a preaching elder who was an adulterer, and I wouldn’t accept homosexuality as a righteous attribute of any person.
